  • Okay so when we first walked in they greeted us and all was good...BUT I felt a hesitation from the SA that helped us. I kinda had the feeling he wanted to pass us off onto someone else because my husband was asking about a smaller piece not worth as much as something he was hoping to sell. (I dunno...I just had that feeling.) He did help us out and took out pieces my husband was looking for and he was pleasant over all and joked around. My husband tends to think long and hard about all his purchases so he ho-hummed about the ring. Maybe there is just something about male SA's that I dislike period. LOL! Anyhow, my husband decided on a different piece and I'm sure he's happy about it. Maybe I would change my rating about this location later on if we decide to buy something else here.
