  • Saturday, September 10th, 2017: I'm stepping into the Pharmacy and admitted my prescriptions. I was abruptly discriminated to be someone out of the state and was immediately asked for my identification because of the way I looked. As an Arizona resident for over 15 years I was appalled. I have three medications that I use to have a reasonable lifestyle. I require to take these mediations to be able to perform well at work, my university and personal life. I stopped by on a Saturday evening to fill my prescription and they advised me that my medication was ready within the hour. As I stopped by my home and waited I decided the next day that I would give the pharmacy enough time to get my medication. What do you know! Fry's does it again! They pull the rug from out of my feet and continue to tell me it is not ready and could be on "back order". A medication is on back order? What if it's medication for narcolepsy? for depression? for attention deficit? Do I just have a seizure and die? End my life and die? Lose my job and fail my classes and starve to death later to be homeless? It baffles me really, that such a pharmacy would take little initiative to understand the extreme care such patients need. Moving forward, regardless of the type of medication this is, I believe any and all medication should be treated with immediate care and a slight consideration of the customers needs should be brought to serious concern. These few days could have been the immediate cause of someone's death. Who would be responsible for such faulty death? I was advised by a Pharmacists and by a "Courtesy Call" that my medication was to be available on Tuesday the 12th of September and of course when I stopped by I wasted my entire day and time with a unwelcoming denial to acquire my medication. I was a little nudged as I have been waiting since Saturday to fill my prescription. Wednesday, September 13th, 2017: Rather than waste my time again from work, school and my personal life I decided to call to be yet again disappointed with the "back order" excuse. I am assuming that this order was not expedited, tracked or even carefully considered to be of importance. I was advised to "keep calling back". What a nuisance this had been since the beginning of this purchase, I mean really? What kind of service is this where a patient is not even an inch allowed to have the information for their medication. They treat everyone as a thief in this store and to make it worse, they treat everyone with little concern over their medication. I unfortunately will be required to take back my prescriptions and try again at another pharmacy. It is not only the service that I received to be quite under the standards of a local business but the fact that this so happened to be a new local store for the new home I had purchased. It is unnerving to say the very least, I will never consider to purchase a single item at a Fry's store and especially this store. Unfortunately, I do not recommend you consider this store for your pharmaceutical needs as the pharmacists surely do not consider the patient.
