Great mom and pop Vietnamese. "Hidden" location, super friendly service, clean bright atmosphere and good food. My word of mouth for Little Saigon is get some of this food in your mouth. I was with Mark R. today, but I may bring my wife here on a date. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable.
I did the goi-cuon-chay and then mi-xao-me. I asked then to make the stir-fry noodles (mi-xao) extra spicy, but it was medium at best. The red chili paste on the table made it easy to add heat, so no problem there.
Digression: The spice issue brings out one of my double standards. I want authentic ethnic food but, not authentic atmosphere. Anyone else who has been outside the resort in a third world country should agree.
To the point Little Saigon was bright clean and comfortable and the food was great. Fire up your GPS and come on down!
