| - Getting a root canal is NOT a fun experience... but if you have to do it, I definitely recommend Dr. Morris!! Actually he was pretty incredible.
I was recommended by Dr. Dorilag. I came in a few minutes late, because I had a meeting right before my appointment. Filled out the forms and was shown in to Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris is such a SUPER nice guy--easy going, fun to talk to, cares about your concerns. I spent probably 10 mins just asking him questions about why my tooth root was infected/decaying and how to prevent it in the future, and also about what he was going to do to fix it. Because of the extensive decay he thought it might need extraction, but was going to try his best to keep it if he could get rid of the infection. I told him unfortunately I had booked a client meeting right after the appointment, and he assured me I'd be out in time--which meant he took probably less than 45 mins for the whole procedure (because honestly I had delayed us with all my questions, and being a bit late), and even paused MID-PROCEDURE to let me send an email on my phone letting someone know I'd be there right on the dot after my procedure. I mean, I practically could not have been more of an inconvenience for him, and yet he accommodated everything very pleasantly and had me out when I needed to be!
When I went in again for my checkup, he was super friendly and nice again, genuinely caring about how everything had developed, if I had any more questions, etc. Honestly I'm amazed someone can be so skilled, talented, and efficient, and still be so accommodating and kind!!
Great experience all around. Minus the actual HAVING A ROOT CANAL part and all.
