  • I currently live here and I can't wait for my lease to be up. Our water is constantly being shut off, my roommate hasn't been able to shower for three days because they only leave small windows of time. I'm not sure what's going on but the fact that we haven't been able to flush our toilets or brush our teeth for six hours is infuriating . and when water is available good luck getting it hot. I have to take cold showers at 10 at night half the time. The air didn't get turned on for quite awhile, had to sit in 90 degree heat for two weeks. I can't take baths in my bath because it leaks to the apartment below, I've had maintenance up twice to fix it but it never gets fixed. The community hot tub isn't hot, we called it about it and it never got fixed. Every Wednesday morning at seven leaf blowers are everywhere and right outside your window until ten o'clock, can't hear anything but it. I know it sounds like a good deal but it's terrible... I'm glad I only signed for 6 months
