  • This place is shady!!! Went there today and they printed out 2 receipts then the lady proceeded to write down the name and credit card and 3 digit code down on a piece of paper! Wtf!! When we asked her why she did that she said the computers were down yet she just gave is the receipt. I then called to talk to a manager and she laughed like it was a joke, I told her it's illegal and she said it's their policy.. then I called another location and they said no way they shouldn't have done that and to contact the bank. I called the cooperate office and they were nice and said they would get to the bottom of it but to cancel our card. Ruby the girl at this location was so rude and ignorant no costumer service skills what so ever!! And is doing something sketchy writing down peoples info and security codes. Just beware visiting here. I will stick with blum never had any issues there.
