  • So this has happened the last two times I've been here. Tonight since I'm sitting here thirsty and drink less I figure why not write the review I wanted to last time. I've put over $100 in the machine and have constantly been playing for 1.5 hours not once has a waitress asked what I've wanted or offered drinks. All I want is a coffee not even alcohol. She starts walking near us then before you know she's gone and when you think you've made eye contact multiple times but according to her I guess not she pretends not to see you. Now I've stopped playing and plan to sit here putting no money in the machine letting Aliante loose money cause I can't even get a coffee. The service has been less than par for awhile now. It's going downhill since Boyd bought them.... tick tick tick... here I sit... ok so finally she comes after I way her down after 1.45 mins only for her to come back 15 mins later and tell us she forgot our order. One job not hard, over this place Santa Fe will get my money for awhile now at least I know I won't get thirsty over there... I'd be surprised if my order even comes back correct, in the next 20 mins or at all smh
