  • I had a problem with an outlet that I thought was a simple fix that I could manage. It turns out that I was wrong and could not troubleshoot it. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Tony tried to walk me thru it over the phone. When that didn't work he came out in less than an hour and had the whole issue figured out in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgable. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to family. Chris
