This review is for the winter Christmas town NOT THE SUMMER PARK.
The park was beautiful and full of lights. the slide ride and train was cool. There was a lack of direction, i searched how to get on the polar express for 20 minutes and everyone i asked were kiosk reps that didn't have a clue. ended up finding out it was closed for the night (try to explain that to your kid) the snow show was inoperable and we told our daughter lets go ice skating as that was the main attraction.
We walk up to the ice skate pickup and get a pair of shoes for me and her we put them on get ready and stand on the "ice" something felt wrong and little did i know we were standing on one huge plastic cutting board. I guess the small print has ice rink "roller" skating or something of that sort, lets act as if That's "ok"... but here is where it gets downright disrespectful(!!!) they hand out ice skating shoes for ICE and these do not move at all on this plastic board. after researching, this board needs skates with rollers. They had a couple of them. None available and none at all in half the sizes.
I think the respectful thing to do is tell your clients you don't have matching skates, instead of simply handing them and hoping they don't come back mad. what a joke!!
