| - Full disclosure, we've been here about 5 times in the last few months for our son. Most of the time you are seen quickly, but one time I was there for over 3 hours and spent maybe 2 min with the dr. We had/have high hopes for this place as it is very nice and clean and close to home.
Dr Trinidad has always been great, very good bedside manner, listens to concerns, is informative, etc.
Today's experience has essentially ruined this facility for our family though. We saw Dr. Thompson. This isn't our first experience with her. The first time we just figured she was having a rough day and tried to forget about the experience. Today we did get in quickly, but that didn't matter much. She seems to have a hard time listening, even when she asks you questions. This is referenced in the review for this location that is "not recommended." She really needs to work on her bedside manner or lack thereof. When you are dealing with children at least please try to be nice. Remember, we are paying for your service and advice, please try to act like you care. Also, after she walked out, we didn't see her again which was very strange. Only thing we got after that was the nurse telling us our prescription has been sent to our pharmacy. Didn't tell us what it was. Didn't tell us what pharmacy. Essentially just left us trying to figure it out on our own.
In summary, if you can get Dr. Trinidad, your're golden. Otherwise, good luck.
