  • Looks fancy from the outside, basically a glorified motel inside. Staff are robotic and apathetic. They do their jobs but they don't have any special customer service skills. The room was medium sized with nice cabinetry, but the AC barely worked. The pool area is ugly and small. Faces concrete construction. Same with fitness center. No attractions inside the hotel. A supposed one michelin star restaurant that has horrible reviews and was dead all weekend. Best part: Across the street from the Fashion Show... specifically, Chipotle. Quite a long way if you wanna get to gaming or bar.
