  • We built our pool 4 years ago. Kipp was our salesman, he was always helpful and professional. We recently had some issues come up and reached out to the service department to see what could be done. Bill Watson and his team were so helpful. They exceeded our expectation! Not only was everything fixed, even though we were "out of warranty" on some things, they took care of everything. Talk about service. So glad we built a Presidential Pool. It's nice to know that customer service is what matters. Not a time stamp on a contract. Thank you Presidential for putting your customers first! :)
