  • If I could give zero stars I would. Zero customer service. Left me in tears- messing up my vacation. First, they gave away my rental. (I prepaid for a week). We were running a little late and couldn't find their location inside the casino. They said if it's more than an hour, that they won't hold your reservation for you. Then they wouldn't look for inventory at another location- just told me that if I wanted to check inventory at other locations that I'd have to call customer service. And all she could do for me is cancel the reservation. When I tried to call customer service, I got transferred to reservations. When the person at reservations answered the phone, he said he couldn't help me that I needed to talk to customer service... I told him that I was supposed to be transferred to customer service... then I said I was receiving bad customer service. And he said, "Well, this isn't customer service and I can't do anything for you." Then hung up on me. Eventually I got ahold of someone in customer service! Who could not do anything for me. The only reservations she had available were at the airport and were over $600 more expensive than the one I originally booked. (And 35-45 minutes away from me). The girl at the main desk then canceled my booking for me but then said she could only cancel it- not refund it. To refund it I would have to, "explain the situation to reservations who could issue a refund." She gave me the number. I called the number. Reservations could only cancel the booking- not refund. (The girl at the desk had not in fact canceled it yet- like she said she was going to.) I had to be transferred to customer service to receive a refund. Nope- they couldn't issue a refund either. I'd have to be transferred to online booking. Yay finally to the right department. The woman in online booking was actually able to issue my refund. Or she just felt badly for me because at this point I was in tears. I just want to go on my vacation. I don't understand how literally everyone, except for 1 employee, at this company was completely unwilling to help. This is the worst customer service of my life. I've never been left in tears because I have been treated so badly by a service I PAID FOR. I know this is a very long review, but beware... don't book here. (Also, while I was in the lobby, there was another guy who took an Uber there... and they completely canceled his reservation on him before he got there).
