  • I felt they were overpriced for both dog and cat grooming. They price by breed and do not consider they are grooming less by weight for miniature varieties, so they are charging more for a smaller breed. It is difficult to find a mobile groomer to come were I am however, being that I live semi-rural. I used them twice as they appeared to have good reviews. First time, the groomer did a great job. The second time, it felt more like a rush job, so the dogs weren't done up as nice. I am on a tight budget and asked for the check to be held. It wasn't, so it bounced the first time, cleared the second. This was some time ago. I just didn't feel comfortable anymore between not being listened too and the fact that I feel they overcharge, so...they lost my business.
