  • Buying and replacing an appliance is not much fun...because you feel like it's going to be a mini-version of the car buying process. It wasn't like that at all here at Spencers. Maybe we had a professional, friendly, and helpful Sales guy...(I hope they are all like that!) This guy was fantastic! It's all about integrity too. Prices were reasonable. Spencers is local. I have also heard the owner call into KFYI once (about the Federal Appliance rebate fiasco)...which left me with a positive impression about this company, based on HOW the owner was speaking. Their delivery and installation is $75 (cheaper than the other appliance Retailers). This was done without any problems. The guy called to schedule the "window of time" and called when he was on his way from the appointment before mine. If I had to purchase another major appliance again in the future, Spencers would be my absolute first choice, hands down!
