I don't think it is unreasonable when it takes over an hour and a half to get your food on a Saturday for four I would say it would only be appropriate to ask for the manager. When the manager approached our table he introduced himself as the manager. Then I proceeded to say it took over an hour and a half to get our food. His response, You came at the busiest time of the night. Well I got news for you, it won't be that way with his attitude, management and comment. I said, "that is not my problem," that's yours. He immediately left our table and walked away. Never said I'm sorry, can I get a round for your trouble, nothing. Won't be back! I would suggest hiring a new manager!
