  • This is where Fedex is keeping my package. I've been waiting for it all day for two days, right by the door, but the driver didn't ring the doorbell or knock, just stopped in, sneaked a "We're sorry we missed you tag" on the door, and drove off. Today, I heard the doorbell ring, assuming it was them, but it was UPS, and I found that FedEx had left the note just 20 minutes earlier, again, without ringing the doorbell or knocking. I IMMEDIATELY called to demand that the driver turn around and actually ring my doorbell. 2 hours later, I got a call from this office saying that they didn't get a chance to contact the driver in time, and she's already headed back. I don't care where she is! Tell her to do her job and deliver my package right now!!!
