  • Wow, we were so impressed with Rivchun! I just got engaged and needed to have my ring sized. My fiance bought my ring when he was home in Connecticut so I needed to find a local jeweler to size it for me. Charlotte was delightful and made sure it fit perfectly even if that meant I needed to come back a second time. I didn't need to leave it overnight either - it took an hour and I was able to go back and pick it up!! So great for someone who is obsessed with her ring. :-) Joe is one of the owners and he was extremely helpful with the process and even talked to us about some of the rare pieces they have right now. The store is beautiful and their entire staff was wonderful! I'm so glad we've found our new local jeweler here in Cleveland!!
