So my husband and I went in about 2 weeks ago trying to find a car, we spoke to a customer service manager and she was very nice and then she gave us to a salesmen. That's where things went wrong. The guy spoke to us about a brand new car which with our credit I didn't think we could afford but he talked us into test driving it and then applying, so we submit the application and then waited hours for response then the next morning when we finally had to call them they said we needed $3000 down!!! So then we went the route we told them we needed to which was in house, we go in there yesterday with our money they claimed we needed down and ready to buy a car we get there at 11am by the time they did our application we test drive car we want then at almost 3pm NOTHING!!!!!! We are literally still waiting on a response after numerous messages and texts!!!!! The people seemed very nice but the customer service was and is so disappointing, not sure if we will end up getting a car from them but it's certainly something they need to be careful of for future customers.
