Darn near impossible to set an appointment by phone.
Wonderful call blocking system prevents you from speaking to actual employees. That was money well spent to mask their apparant lack of employees.
They call me 2-3 times a day to set an appointment but when you try to return the call you sit on hold for 5-10 minutes and nobody answers the phone. Maybe they're closed during the week?
I'm gonna call my PCP to see if I can schedule the test for somewhere that has actual people working there.
My boss would fire me if I ever provided this level of service to our customers.
