  • This review relates to the car wash business. I have had my cars washed here in the past with no issues. However, my last experience was troubling. I was told they would vacuum my trunk and they seemed to have forgotten, the interior of my car was also still somewhat messy. Also, somehow my radio/satellite/ navigation system got locked out. This has never happened before and caused me to have to make a trip to the dealer. Lastly, my car was parked to the side as I was waiting for food (separate review) and for some odd reason one of the workers was sitting in my car while the car was turned off with the issue of my electronic system being locked out this just makes me suspicious. Finally, I sent an email to the business a few days ago with no response. Very disappointing and it appears they are only concerned with marketing and not service. Since I paid almost $26 for my car wash I was not expecting these issues.
