OMG! Can you say fucking idiots??!! A bunch of monkeys could provide better customer service than these "people" They're all about 28 years old, have no experience, and apparently no brains. I got a new phone here and was experiencing problems so I went back to the kiosk here at Northland. That was the first trip. Phone kept acting up. I called customer service. Bunch of bigger idiots. So I went back to the mall only to have the young idiot there tell me that I have no warranty and since the phone was purchased over a month ago, they can't help me. I called 611. After 4 calls and an hour later, the supervisor told me that she would fix the phone if I sent it to her. In the mean time, I was to re-activate my old phone. I did that tonight. Went back to the mall to get the guy to send in my phone. No can do! They don't do that. Virgin will send me out a fancy envelope for me to send it back to them. Why the heck did the young idiot tell me to come back to the mall? This was a bloody circus. And it continues to get worse with every phone call and trip to the mall.
