  • My husband has his own business so we have been making some demo shirts to see who has the best quality for the prices. We got our custom logo embroidered and sewn on 4 shirts for $150 ($30 includes some set up /network saving program) all four of the t-shirts came out pretty good and I will say the customer service that TC provided was great and super helpful. The reason for the low rating is due to Karen's customer service. Completely ruined the experience for this company and us to work together in the future. Talk about a bitter and sour taste in your mouth. Management should definitely keep her in the back, the WAY back because she can't handle dealing with customers and she will solely make this company lose customers.
