  • Here we go! As a vegan, it's probably not in the forefront of my mind to head to a steakhouse, but for someone special who happens to complete my puzzle, even though he is the polar opposite of me, I'd go just about anywhere. Tell me why I couldn't get a reservation for 7 on opentable? We made it for the early bird special (meaning, I don't even know what it's like to eat dinner early I.e. 6) and to our surprise was empty.... Until.... It hit 7, and for good reason too! Firstly, let me address the decor, beautiful lighting fixtures, modern feel with throw pillows at the booths and it's nice and dim to set that romance. Next, the wine... Scotch, bourbon and mixed drink list is extensive, get ready for that, they also have a cocktail waitress making table side drinks to order. The service! So pleasant! Knew everything about the entire menu and could recommend some great dishes for my... Selective taste. He ensured the table was promptly serviced, I also really appreciated the bread selection which is also table side, I could not enjoy any of it but! My date said they were divine! The fooooooooddsd firstly, when I tell you a $36 selection of vegetables have never tasted so good, I mean it! Roasted to perfection! And that asparagus!!!!! It was like heaven on earth, grilled with just a hint of liquid smoke flair (tasted like it but our waiter said hickory wood will do that) I just wish it was more asparagus than anything else lol. My honey said his steak was perfection and because it was his birthday, he had some desserts coming to him! the most wonderful touch was the card sitting at the table when we got there. Signed by the staff. I would recommend this place to everyone. I would love to make this review longer, but there is not enough time in the day!
