One star because the rating system requires it at a minimum. We were visiting from Chicago and wanted to check out a local cigar shop or two. The first thing I noticed when entering is the guy at the register wasn't very welcoming. He offered no assistance and continued his conversation with what appeared to be one of his regulars. I can't speak as to the regular patrons because we didn't stay to smoke but they didn't seem very cordial. The humidor was well stocked with a good selection but considering the cost of living in Chicago vs. this area we were surprised to see the prices seemed to exceed those of various Chicago area cigar lounges. Judging by the first impression many of the previous ratings definitely seemed accurate. Seems like a last resort stop when there's nowhere closer.
