  • This is my least favorite Sephora store in the city. I'm actually writing this from the parking lot as I just left I helped and empty handed. They are ALWAYS understaffed and their store manager Tori as the worst attitude, which not only results in her terrible customer service. But it also lets her other employees know it's okay to have a bad attitude as well. If you plan on shopping at this store only go to get things you already have, don't be in the mood to try something new. You won't get the service that you deserve.
