  • Horrible experience. Even though I had made an appointment online, I had to wait an hour and ten minutes for a 5 minute blood draw. The small waiting room was full of older people loudly complaining about the wait. Reception staff was unconcerned. This was my second visit, the first time I also had an appointment but was told there was a two hour wait. I didn't stay. And this was just for a routine medical blood draw.
