  • i've been coming here for years now & i've been very disappointed on how my recent "balayage" hair was done (June '17). the manager of the salon actually washed my hair before bleaching it which is a red flag , then proceeded blow-dry me under a hooded dry THEN bleach my previous lightened hair . her technique was sloppy & rushed to my hair then left the foils for my hair for a while she sat & ate her lunch in the back while the rest of the salon workers gave me looks. another BIG red flag is when she was washing my hair & my mom wanted to look at it 7 she told my mom not to look at it .after in the chair i looked at my hair & it was GREY which WAS NOT what i asked for i asked for a blonde balayage , sad i had to my mom had to pay this lady $120 smh
