  • We recently moved into a duplex which has a very problematic garage door opener, so we were not too surprised when we could not get it to close one morning. Our home warranty company told us Evans would be contacting us, which they did promptly. Their technician, Leo, called about noon and arrived shortly thereafter. After replacing our sensors and a cracked hinge, he thoroughly lubricated the door and had it operating properly and quietly. Thank you Mr. Evans and Leo. We highly recommend you both!
