Wowza: this business is possibly the most responsive of any I have ever known and I am 66 years old! I have a 2009 Mac Book Pro and recently noted that the trackpad was not responsive and my new software update caused the login page to lag... I sent a note to the office and within minutes I had a response from Adam which explained what he thought I had going on. I have lived here since June 2015 and never got a computer expert in Las Vegas. I put in some automatic Yelp messages to other computer specialists who happily also responded quickly with a welcome and contacts. I went with this office because though they are furthest away, I just had a good feeling. I brought in the computer after work yesterday at 4:30 or so and Adam went over the diagnostics with me to let me know what to expect. I saw that he charges wholesale for parts, and he was going to be able to get me a solid state drive which would speed up my Mac. The price sounded great. I got text messages through Yelp through the afternoon and evening and knew today I could run over at lunch time and pick up my computer. I am so impressed! DJ was at the desk when I went in today. They give you back your hard drive so that any confidential material you have is not compromised. They also don't ask for your iTunes ID and let you download that later too so as to keep your computer private as possible. Also just now at 4:15pm I had to call DJ to ask about my track pad as I have never been great with controlling the mouse and touchpad since it had not worked in a while. DJ walked me through getting started on the System Preferences and I was good to go. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful business. Prices are very reasonable and now my Mac will probably outlive me for not that much $$$. I will not go anywhere else. Quick, economical, smart and capable is the way to go.
