I never used to be a fan of Chipotle. Like seriously you could catch me inside one maybe once every two - three years.
But since I have adjusted my lifestyle and gone Paleo - I can depend on Chipotle for their food. My go to is always a salad bowl with extra lettuce, carnitas, salsa and guacamole. Simple and tasty. The food doesn't vary much from location. I can rely on their product being consistent.
On our visit - this location was packed. Lines stayed long but they also moved very fast. I was surprised that we were even able to find seating. But as fast as the line moved so did people coming in and out.
The associates were friendly and nice. Some guy was trying to get free food and the cashier handled it very professionally. I was impressed at how well she handled the situation.
Same employee came out to clean up the dining area and took the time to ask customers how their meals were and if everything is okay. I wish I would have caught her name because this is the attitude of someone in management. She deserves recognition for her work ethics. Thinking back on it - how impressionable she was on me, I definitely slacked. I should have taken her name and called corporate to let them know how wonderful of an employee she was.
And this my friends wins me over every time - especially with a chain business.
