I strongly doubt you can do anything. Your customer service manager was the person who told me she was doing me a "favor" by taking the table back to fix it. She also invited me to return the merchandise and shop elsewhere. Your sales manager at the Gilbert, AZ location stood by policy and stated that it had to be repaired. I stated that AFW lost a customer and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Treatment like this is unacceptable. Obviously members of your management team are not concerned with customer service.
I live in a new home in a new community. I have more furniture to buy. I can guarantee you that my hard earned money will be spent elsewhere. I bought a new table. I have a defective table. If I want to keep said table it must be "repaired". Now I will have a repaired, defective table. Not what I purchased. Furthermore, I have to be inconvenienced three times, 1x to keep a full day open for AFW to pick up the table, 1x to wait 7-10 days while AFW tries to "repair" the table and 1x again to put aside a whole day to hear from AFW 12 hrs before when you will return the said defective, repaired table. Not the new table I purchased. Given the complete lack of customer service and obvious invitation to spend my hard earned money elsewhere, you can guarantee I will do so in the future. I live in a new neighborhood and will ensure my neighbors are very much aware of AFW. I will encourage them to purchase elsewhere too!
