My order was just sitting in a corner for 10mins! Usually like this location however today I placed a mobile order since the line was long. I had gotten used to Starbucks where mobile orders are placed at some type of pickup location. Finally when asking about the order, I went to the cashier whom pointed and redirected me to ask the crazy busy barista. My 3-stars is ONE for lack of team support from the cashier, TWO the current mobile order flow, requiring to ask the "status" of your mobile order to the busy barista.
