Went to Zips for about a year. The shirts were pressed but sometimes they would smell a little like BO when I got them home. I just thought it was from possible staying I the plastic for too long. After reading other reviews here, I now realized that they probably didn't even wash the shirts, just pressed them. I couldn't believe that a dry cleaner would do something like that so I did an experiment. I put a small spot of ketchup on the bottom of my white shirt and took it in. Sure enough, when I got the shirt back, it was pressed, but the ketchup was still there. I took the shirt home and washed it and sure enough, the ketchup came out. Unbelievable! I realize it is cheaper than other places, but to not wash something you were paid for is just crazy. Corporate needs to look at this location and why their reviews are so bad and all saying the same thing, they do not wash the clothes!
I will spend the extra couple nickels and take my clothes somewhere where they actually wash them like I paid them to do!
