  • Well Community Management. The reviews speak for themselves. You basically have no right to even be in business. You people are thieves and just take money whenever you feel like it. I lived in my house for 17 years under this management company and was 100% current on my account the entire 17 years. When I sold my house last month, they confirmed we were at a $0.00 balance, yet this company extorted over $1600.00 in fees (for the closing), because they knew my closing was just around the corner and there was little I could do about it. There is a reason that lawyers are in business and that we have an Attorney General office. I am in contact with the both of them!
