  • While we were out and about today I decided I must try this place. I was super excited! It was almost hard to figure out what I wanted but went with the $3.99 ice cream cookie sandwich. I got a peanut butter cookie and a snicker doodle cookie with salted carmel ice cream. The girl warmed my cookies before making the sandwich. We also got a lemon bar. The salted carmel ice cream was awesome! And the peanut butter cookie was amazing. The snicker doodle... Not so much it was too crispy for my liking. But it was a nice treat none the less. The lemon bar was... Okay.. (maybe I'm a snob about lemon bars since I make them from scratch with real lemon and it's zest.) but it was still tasty. I liked how the establishment was set up you can see everything. The main complaints I have was that the girl who made the sandwich was just kind of.... Meh... She didn't offer any help or offer me any samples of ice cream when I obviously was torn haha. She didn't look very please to be working either. The girl who rang me out was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely love to give the placr another shot when I'm in downtown summerlin.
