  • We took our car in as we had a minor accident and Assured Leadside was covered under our insurance. We didn't have high expectations as it was a dent and expected just the dent to be fixed. However, without going into specifics, Assured Leaside went above and beyond in fixing our car. I work in the service industry and realize if I explained exactly what they did it sets unrealistic expectations and the trick to service is to delight the customer unexpectedly. As such, I will simply mention that their service was beyond our expectations and brought a massive smile to our faces when we picked up our car this morning. Thanks, Assured Leaside. And a special kudos to Brian who followed up with us diligently!
