  • If you say on the door that you're open until 6pm on a Saturday and decide to close at 4pm without any explanation, then that's just horrible customer service. Made a special trip, my first time, to check out the retail store and the place was dark. If something happened, how about posting a piece of paper on your door advising your customers that you don't follow the posted hours.
