  • Do not use this company. Scam artists. Our warranty company contacted them to come out and look at two issues. Before even taking a real look at our toilet and facet, they insisted that both pieces needed replacement. They said our warranty company wouldn't cover the full costs and wanted an additional $700 out of pocket. Not that they reported that to our warranty company. After voicing my concerns to our warranty company, they attempted to call straight line and received a total runaround. So they assigned a new plumber to our claim. Loyality Home Services came out and actually took the time to take a look at what was going on. Solved all our issues with no replacements, merely a fix to our facet cartridge and a good snake of our toilet. Total, total rip off. So glad I listened to my red flags. TERRIBLE!!!!
