Went there today after booking an appointment several days in advance. Figured it would be busy because of Easter Monday so I wanted to make sure we didn't have to wait. The lady sat us down in our pedicure chairs quick enough, however, no one as much as looked at my feet for 40 minutes. By that time the water was cold and my feet wrinkly.
Understandably, places like this get busy. But if you're not going to abide by appointment times, don't book appointments and only allow walk-ins. Or at the very least touch base with your customers to ensure that they know you're behind so that they're not just sitting there thinking that they've been forgotten about.
Pedicure/Manicure was ok. Not as good as my usual place and it took 2.5 hours (when I'm used to at the very most 1.5hours).
