rev:text	I went there for a treatment during one of her student training sessions. I had to return as it did NOT take to my skin, so there was no charge for the follow-up. It still did not work, so I scheduled yet another appointment during one of the student classes. Well, for SOME reason, the class was cancelled and I came in to have SH, the owner, treat me. I believe she did the original and follow-up treatments but had students get their hands in it. She must've been pissed that I was there for a 2nd follow-up, which of course, should be free of charge since I didn't get what they claimed I would receive. She KNEW I needed more anesthestic and did not even attempt to make me comfortable, just continued inflicting pain on me. I frankly wanted to see how far she would take this. She did this knowing full well I was in pain, after all, watery eyes and flinching are a giveaway, don't you think? I left, and the treatment STILL did not work, so it's a huge waste of MONEY people! Not to mention how most of these treatments leave you looking rediculous. It was unprofessional and scary that a business owner would be so vindictive, to treat a customer in a manner that would prevent them from returning for yet another treatment, not by choice, but by neccessity, that they received payment for and were UNSUCCESSFUL with initially!! That is NOT the customer's fault and since it's very likely only a small percentage of people experience needing additional txs, WHY would they ruin their reputation because they are required to FIX the problem, get it right, free of charge? They still didn't get it right, so do NOT waste your money there people.
