| - I haven't written a review for Sam's Club in seven years, so it is time for an update. Yeah, so not much has changed, other than the store layout. Sam's is very consistent, I'll give em that. One of my favorite things to buy here is clothes. You can find a good deal on generic jeans, shorts, and shirts.
Did you know that Member's Mark bottled water is only 7 cents per bottle? That's not bad. I believe it is the cheapest bottled water that you'll find - anywhere.
I bought two Cleveland Cavaliers hoodies at a decent price and they made excellent Christmas gifts. In fact, both people who received them said they "love" the hoodie. One even said, "this is now my favorite hooodie!" Go me!
You can't find cheaper gas prices at other gas stations. In fact, there are two gas stations next door to Sam's and nine out of ten times, Sam's is cheaper with their standard five cent per gallon discount. Oh, and Sam's just installed brand new gas pumps. The only issue I have with getting gas is the chatty people who patrol the gas pumps. I just want to get my gas and get out. I guess Wal-Mart is all about loss prevention.
Anyway, I have a plus membership that I share with my mom, which actually earns us money. It more than pays for the annual fee. In fact, we make hundreds of dollars each year just by shopping at Sam's. We can use the kickbacks toward our membership too! Oh, and I can get into the club hours earlier than regular members as a perk of the plus membership.
I wish Sam's offered a better selection of products like Costco. One thing that has changed for the better is I can buy one loaf of bread or one pack of tortillas or one bag of chips. They used to require you to buy two.
