  • This is one of the most rudest companies that I have ever dealt with in my 10 years of being in the glass business. I contracted them through my insurance company to fix one piece of that class on my suburban and was told it was a specialty item it had to come out of Florida. 6 days after my appointment which is two weeks after initial contact I was told that they couldn't get my glass. On top of it all nobody even apologized for the extreme lack of professionalism and lack of customer service!
