  • If I could leave zero stars I would! Just awful! First, I had to call twice to talk to someone. I got a "no, we don't do that" right off the bat before I could even fully explain what I wanted to have done. Then, I got a "could you hold on a second..." A couple of minutes later, he came back on the phone. "Okay..." He proceeds to tell me to hire a handyman, because they are licensed contractors and might cost more money. (no s*#@! sherlock. I can read just fine.) Finally, when I told him I lived in a million dollar house, and that I wanted someone licensed because I wanted quality work, he seemed to perk up. No thanks!!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere!!! I guess the recession is over and you don't really need the work anymore. Very disappointed!
