  • This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dress shop. I apologize for the length of this review but I'm scathing and feel that NO ONE should support this company. My M.O.H. and I made an appointment with this store 6 weeks in advance for a stylist consultation for bridesmaid dresses. When we arrived I was asked to fill out a form that outlined details that they already obtained from me when I made the appointment with them at a wedding expo. Such an impersonal unnecessary step. I also felt as though I was being sized up through this process. We were then asked to peruse dresses until I was called back to the welcome desk once my 'stylist was ready'. After 35 minutes of browsing dresses we had made a few selections but had not been approached by anyone or called to the desk. At one point while I was rounding a corner I almost ran into a quick paced sales associate-I apologized profusely and only got huffs puffs and angry sighs in response. At this point I wanted to leave but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt; I am a manager to customer service reps, I understand that sometimes it gets busy. Eventually we crossed paths with the woman who had checked us in and she asked, 'Have you found anything yet?' Seeming to have forgotten that she was supposed to connect us with a stylist. When we said we had a few selections she said, ok, 'I'll connect you with a stylist'. Inconsistent. She then introduced us to an associate who was helping a bride who I later found out was her niece. She unlocked a dressing room for us but that was it. She never checked in to see how we were doing with styles or sizes etc. she and two other associates were fixated on her niece who 'said yes to the dress' - they all cheered, rang a bell took photos etc. I guess if you were a shopping for a wedding gown you were more worth their time. I had intended on making a separate appointment for my dress with them before leaving tonight, but instead we walked out with the intention of never bringing them any business and encouraging all my friends (several of whom are engaged and/or in upcoming weddings) to do the same. It's a Wednesday night, not even a Saturday. This was unacceptable. They don't even deserve one star.
