  • We recently purchased quite a bit of furniture at Ashley's to furnish our new home. All in all, the service and products were great. We did have a problem with picking up one of our items that wasn't included in the delivery. After discussing it with the Store Manager, we ended up having to go to the top but in the end, we were treated fairly, our issue was resolved and we left feeling valued as customers. It's nice to see that this corporation truly cares about it's customers straight from the top and we'll be back again.
