  • Each time I visit this location, I have problems. The first time was over a year ago, I had done announcement cards for my pregnancy - that was a mailer. They sent me an email stating they were ready for pick up, except when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. The cards were not there. They gave me the run around wouldn't be able to print them again because they now were out of that card stock I wanted. So I said ok... fine, I re ordered at a different wal-greens near my home in the northwest and picked them up and paid for them. Two days later this wal-greens on Blue Diamond is blowing up my phone every hour telling me my order is ready, my order is ready. When I call them they say they have my stuff ready and waiting for three days and why havent I picked up and wanted me to pay again for mailers I had to have re-done elsewhere. Unbelievable. Then today, I arrived at their store to pick up a few items. As usual it was extremely busy 10 people in line, no second register. After I waited 10 minutes... I finally get up to the front and I ran my card and as I was signing my signature - they screen glitched, they told me to swipe again, they said it was no big deal, then they say, oh didn't read your card swipe again, swipe again... so after three swipes, I ask them are you sure? Is this going to bill my card a bunch of times.. two checkers assured me no, and there were two checkers because it didn't seem like either one of them had a clue what they were doing and where hemming and hawing over the register as if it were an alien. Then they say oh your card is declined, sorry. So I pay with a different card, it goes smooth after that. Not ten minutes later I get a FRAUD alert from my Credit Card Company showing that amount $77.52 had been charged to my card 10 times in 5 minutes. I did not swipe 10 times just 4. So I go back to the Walgreens and explain it to them that I was in fact being charged, and they had a computer issue and they shrugged me off, wouldn't even talk to me the two clerks.. just blank stares... someone else called the manager, when I asked that they call the manager. Then they turned and walked away. Totally unprofessional and rude - So when I talk to the manager about my experience he seems absolutely unable to deal with any conflict tells me to call my credit card company. Has nothing to say about how rude and unfit his employees are at their jobs, and gives me a blank stare like I'm wasting his time. Maybe I am from the old school, but CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST IN THIS STORE. I don't believe the customer is always right, but you at least assure them you will look into their concerns and make people feel as tho you care. I know I will never care to set foot in that store again. Disgraceful way to run a store. Its not rocket science, its just customer service.
