  • We needed a remote controlled shade for our patio, and something to cover our huge sliding doors in the back. We weren't sure what we needed, but Thomas showed us some possibilities in the showroom. He seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. Thomas came out to the house to measure for the shades, and show me exactly what we would be getting. He arrived promptly, after calling to say he was on his way, and he even took a minute to love on my yapping min-pins, which I appreciated almost as much as they did. When he got there, I realized that we also needed something for privacy in the guest bath, and he suggested a shutter, which works perfectly. I then asked him about my master bath, whose shade I was not happy with, and he suggested just the right shade, and climbed up on my tub even, to make sure the color was perfect. We had company coming, and were going to be out of town for 3 weeks, and had a very narrow window in which to get everything installed, and he set everything up perfectly. We love all our shades, especially since it was such a painless process to get them.
