Ok, I know this is our fault for even considering taking my daughter over here for a "great" haircut but she has had her haircut here before and they did an awesome job. I should have stepped in and stopped this girl in her tracks!!! My daughter had her naturally curly hair cut the wrong way today! I even had the gal move the rubber bands down which was the first mistake. YOU DON'T BLUNTLY cut curly hair!!! Second, you DON'T wet it because that's not where it's going to end up after it dries! Third, take your time and layer the hair. NONE of this was done and I should have gone with my gut and pulled my daughter out of there IMMEDIATELY!!! She obviously DOES NOT know how to cut curly hair!!!!! LESSON LEARNED...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The one POSITIVE thing...my daughter donates her hair to Wigs for Kids and someone with no hair will love getting my daughter's gorgeous hair. And, I pulled out a $20 bill while I was looking for a smaller bill for a tip for the horrible haircut and the gal wanted to know if I wanted change??!!! WTF??!! Of course all the hairdressers in the salon are saying how awesome my daughter's hair looks. NOT! She's crying right now and I'm the one to blame for even suggesting Great Clips could do an awesome job. We will NEVER be back and her hair WILL grow back.
