  • This company has been a problem the beginning. Nick was the sales rep that came over and went over all the options in which he was very good at explaining. We chose this company because of him for our remodel and cool deck to be fully redone. After signing and getting ready for our new set up it all fell to shit. No communication at all and nothing done on time. I have this a year before writing this think Thomas the owner would make things right. It all started with Yolanda who I am told is no longer there due to many issues stemming from this past years scheduling and communication. First there was a 2 week delay that wasn't communicated for the chip out. After the chip out the tile guys came and did a decent job in the main section of the pool but completely messed up the spa area which had been cut out to make it part of the pool. Nothing was symetrical and there were bumps where the tiles were not even. They fixed that after the first call. Second: when it came time to blow in the pool the crew rushed the job and completely screwed up the spa area again. This time they used to much calcium or something to dry the formed area quicker and in turn caused a major discolor in that area and also big cracked to form. Thomas came out and agreed it was a shit job. How does a supervisor on site allow this? Oh yeah I know, he was sitting in the corner doing nothing. To fix this for use they came out and patched this area. I also need to add that during this first round of spray in with the pebble they got it all over the new cool Decking. Besides this major mess up the walls and spa area were all out of line and really wavey. I'm told this crew got fired as well. It was put,in writing the pool would be redone again in October. Come October and I hear nothing so I reach out and finally get a response. Novemeber comes and the pool gets going for the redo. They do a chip out and re spray everything. Looks better but the blue over spray still not addressed and the jets stick out of the wall about a 1/4 inch as they couldn't be threaded in anymore. Out come Thomas again, we go over 5 different things that need attention asap. He says he will be out to handle them. They show up when I'm not home and turn the jets in more to try and make them flush. Oh wait this can't happen on some of them because the pebble Tec was blown in and formed wrong so they can't actually sit flush on the wall. As it stands a year later, the cool Decking is cracking where they filled the joints and recut the lines, there is blue over spray on the cool deck and tile grout and jets still don't sit flush. I saw Thomas beginning of May in person and he basically pushed the blame on Yolanda who no longer works there and Sean the supervisor who also is no longer there. Problem is Thomas and I met in person multiple times and I got his word he would personally make it right. Same conversation was had May 2nd in which he was to come by the next day to square the issues up. No call and no show as of today almost a month later. Avoid this company till they figure their issues out as I am considering how far to proceed on a legal matter. I have over a 100 pics and several videos with all the bs and will be posted some of them here for viewing needs.
